Roadrunner Day

We spent another day on the loop & enjoyed seeing many roadrunners along the path. Betty snapped this posing one - rare, as they are usually rather skittish and quickly on the move

    Beep beep..... I didn't realize road runners were so little. Nicki saw her first kangaroo in Australia, said it was pretty small.

      Rather difficult to judge their size from this picture - they are 20 - 24" in length.
