On a desert hike with Jeanne

It was a great Saturday for us. Jeanne (a friend we met through other friends, Mike & Betty) is staying in Mesa for a few months and came to have lunch at our place. Then she took us into Tonto National Forest for a walk through the cactus - the views were spectacular.

In the evening we enjoyed a Christmas Dinner Show at the Rec Hall. Food, fun, (new) friends and music - does it get any better than that?!
